1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the KeyVault website ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. KeyVault reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Products & Services
KeyVault is a digital marketplace that sells digital products including but not limited to email accounts, cloud service credits, software license keys, and game keys. All products are delivered digitally via your account dashboard and/or email after payment confirmation. Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes, and while we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all descriptions are error-free.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed through Plisio using cryptocurrency. The cryptocurrency amount is calculated at the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, it is considered final. KeyVault is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value between the time of purchase and payment confirmation.
6. Delivery
Digital products are delivered automatically after payment confirmation on the blockchain. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 30 minutes depending on network congestion. In some cases, manual delivery may be required, which will be completed within 24 hours. Products are delivered to the email address provided during checkout and are accessible through your account dashboard.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Refunds are only issued for products that are non-functional, incorrectly delivered, or do not match the product description. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase with supporting evidence. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for complete details.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation; (d) resell products purchased on the Platform without authorization; (e) use automated tools to access the Platform; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KeyVault or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. KeyVault does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
