To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide your order ID and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include screenshots or other evidence demonstrating the problem.
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer. The refund amount will be based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase.
Replacement Policy
In many cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacements are typically processed faster and ensure you receive a working product. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Important Note
KeyVault reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or appear to be fraudulent. Repeated refund requests from the same account may result in account suspension.
