At KeyVault, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Eligible for Refund

Product is non-functional or does not work as described
Incorrect product delivered (different from what was ordered)
Product credentials are invalid or already used
Duplicate charge for the same order
Product not delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after purchase
Product works as described but does not meet personal expectations
Account suspended due to buyer's violation of the platform's terms
Refund request submitted after 24 hours of purchase
Inability to use the product due to buyer's technical limitations
Product credentials shared with third parties

Refund Process

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase.
  2. Provide your order ID and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Include screenshots or other evidence demonstrating the problem.
  4. Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.
  5. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Cryptocurrency refunds are subject to network confirmation times and may take longer. The refund amount will be based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase.

Replacement Policy

In many cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacements are typically processed faster and ensure you receive a working product. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

Important Note

KeyVault reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or appear to be fraudulent. Repeated refund requests from the same account may result in account suspension.
